Key Responsibility:
Collaborate with the new business development team to understand potential clients' advertising goals and objectives, and develop customized media strategies that align with their needs.
Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify target audiences, media channels, and competitive landscape for potential clients.
Develop and execute media plans across various channels, including traditional and digital media, based on campaign goals, budget, and target audience, while tailoring strategies to the specific needs of potential clients.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, including impressions, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and provide insights and recommendations to optimize media strategies for potential clients.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in media planning and buying, and proactively incorporate innovative media solutions into pitches to potential clients.
Build and maintain relationships with media vendors and negotiate media rates and contracts to deliver cost-effective media solutions for potential clients.
Prepare and present media plans, reports, and performance analysis as part of new business pitches, showcasing the value and effectiveness of the proposed media strategies.
Collaborate with creative, account management, and other teams to ensure seamless execution of media strategies and campaigns for potential clients.
Continuously evaluate and optimize media strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve new business development goals.
Act as a media expert and thought leader within the new business development team, providing insights, recommendations, and expertise on media planning and buying to drive new business opportunities.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in media planning and buying, preferably with a focus on new business development metrics, and performance analysis.
Experience with digital media channels, such as display, video, social media, search, and programmatic advertising.
Proficient in media planning and buying tools, such as Nielsen, ComScore, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present media plans and insights to potential clients and internal teams.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, managing multiple campaigns and potential clients simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to effectively work with media vendors and potential clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, in an advertising agency setting.
Strong understanding of media planning and buying principles, including audience targeting, media channels, media
