We are looking at hiring for the role of New Business Development Lead.
Location: Mumbai (HO)/ Gurgaon/ Bangalore
About the role:
- The candidate must have experience in Sales/Operations (Account Management), with good skills that knows the market tendency and can stay afloat in any situation.
- The candidate must have good conversation skills to collaborate with external sources as well as internal teams and arrive at healthy and right proposal.
- The candidate needs to have client contacts, be able to open and pursue new opportunities relentlessly.
- Have to work with Brand Planning and Brand Strategy teams to submit Bids/RFPs/Pitch Presentations etc.
- You will also be required to proactively prospect, qualify and grow client relationships, pitch new business to clients and achieve revenue targets. These clients could work with us for all aspects of digital communication, media, social media, search, mobile etc.
- You will require interaction with the internal teams; Copy, Art, Media, Planning & Buying, Social Media, and Search etc.to create the pitch.
Requirement:
- Relevant experience of 5+ years.
- Ability to work on PowerPoint to create and deliver impactful presentations.
- Good spreadsheet skills MS Excel & Google sheets.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams, create presentations that are well articulated, build & maintain client relationships.
- Experience in acquiring new clientele by advocating Digital service offerings is preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of structuring and managing negotiations to successful closure, delivery, and renewal.
- Preferred background of working with leading Digital Agencies, Digital Transformation entities in Business development role.
