Key Responsibility:
- Greeting and welcoming guests and directing them to the appropriate person or department. - Answering and forwarding phone calls, taking messages and handling inquiries. - Managing the office mail and courier services. - Maintaining the office calendar and scheduling appointments and meetings. - Handling administrative tasks. - Preparing and updating various reports, documents and records. - Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment. - Ensuring the cleanliness and security of the office premises. - Handling any other tasks as assigned by the management.
